Our Event Producer Pam Aki has worked tirelessly to create such a relationship with the historic Spring Field Banquet Center in our hometown of Fullerton. It’s rare to find a property in Orange County that has multiple event spaces, and can accommodate 300 guest.

The history of the building is long and storied, and described perfectly by Spring Field’s Event Coordinator, Rachel Smith. What is the history of your venue?
Spring Field Banquet Center was constructed in 1919 and dedicated in 1920 as Fullerton’s new Masonic Temple. The eclectic Spanish Colonial Revival style building was home to the Masons until 1993, at which time it was purchased by private owners and renovated to include modern amenities while still maintaining its classic charm. With 30 foot ceilings and a dramatic antique pendant chandelier, Spring Field’s main ballroom is the height of elegance and sophistication, perfect for a hosting the event of your dreams.

How many guests can you accommodate?
Azalea Room: 50 ceremony, 40 reception with a dancefloor.
Carnation Hall: 150 ceremony, 200 reception with a dancefloor.
Rose Ballroom: 200 ceremony, 300 reception with a dancefloor.

Do you provide In-House Catering?
We partner with catering companies like Summit Event Catering to provide catering packages for our clients.

Is parking provided on-site?
Yes, we have multiple large public parking lots conveniently located around our building.

Do you book more than one event per day? How will that affect my event?
Yes, we can have up to two events at the same time. We accommodate this by blocking off the different levels of our building and giving each event a separate entrance to the building with security to direct guests to the proper venue.

Weddings at Spring Field Banquet Center by Summit Event CateringWhat is your favorite feature of your venue?
One of my favorite parts of Spring Field is our 5th floor. This unique space offers three different areas: a balcony overlooking our Rose Ballroom, an outdoor garden terrace, and a room in between connecting the two. Most often we use this space for cocktail hour, setting up a bar in the middle space, cocktail height tables on the outdoor terrace, and hors d’oeuvres on the inner balcony. It’s a beautiful and unique space that provides the cherry on top of our already incredible venue.
