When a valued corporate client asked us to cater their holiday party at a private estate, we jumped into action with great joy and excitement. Our Director of Catering Tyler Huff, created a rich and luxurious holiday theme using burgundy and gold as the backdrop for this corporate party at a private estate. Floral decor, specialty linens, and holiday ornaments were a fantastic back drop to the abundant buffet.
Guests enjoyed tray passed appetizers and a visually stunning appetizer station that included Coconut Beer Battered Shrimp with a Tangerine Mustard Dipping Sauce, Italian Meatballs with Red Sauce and Shaved Parmesan Cheese, Pulled Short Rib Sliders with Bacon BBQ Sauce, Sweet Potato Fries served in an edible cone with Chipotle Mayonnaise and Ketchup, and Thai Chicken Pizza with Plum Sauce and Cilantro.
After enjoying the delicious appetizers it was on to the dinner buffet. The display was holiday inspired and so elegant. But more than that the cuisine was inventive and a big hit. Guests dined on an Asian Noodle Salad with fresh Ginger and Sesame, Chicken Marsala with Marsala Wine Sauce, and a Cremini, Porcini, and Shitake Mushroom Medley, Oven Roasted Tri-Tip drizzled with our Mushroom Cabernet Sauce, Saffron Rice Pliaf with Almonds and Dried Currants, whole Green Beans grilled with Shallots, Roasted Red Pepper and Almond Butter.
A custom made dessert buffet followed this delectable dinner. Our chefs make our desserts from scratch for that authentic home-made taste. Not only was this spread gorgeous but every single item was oh-so-good! Imagine the sugary goodness of Almond Custard Bread Pudding Shooters with Salted Caramel Sauce, Fresh Almond Frosting, Sliced Strawberries and Slices Almonds! As if that isn’t mouthwatering enough the buffet also included Creme Brulee with fresh Strawberries, Chocolate Dipped Strawberries, Fruit Tarts, Holiday Cookies, Mini Cheesecake Bites and Tiramisu Torte Squares with Chocolate drizzle.
To ward off the winter chill guests enjoyed a gourmet Coffee station with Vanilla, Amaretto, and Hazelnut Syrups and Hot Apple Cider with Fresh Cinnamon Sticks.
