Tucked away in The Malibu Valley sits one of the most picturesque Southern California Wedding Venues we’ve seen. Triunfo Creek Vineyards sits on a 55 acre estate and features a French Country Farmhouse, where brides can get ready for their big day, a lush vineyard, and hundreds of years old Sycamore and Oak trees. For this reason Brandice and Bryan chose the property for their rustic themed wedding. Our Event Producer, Veronica Medrano worked with the couple on a customized menu that would match their theme and setting.
As an experienced off-site caterer, we understand the special challenges a venue like this can pose. Our staff was well prepared to make the meal service run smoothly. Upon entering the ceremony space, guests were greeted with a beautiful beverage station including infused water and tropical iced tea. The full menu included the following:
Tray Passed Appetizers: Flatbread Pizza with Pear, Fig Jam, Maytag Bleu Cheese, Fontina, Prosciutto and Arugula; Caramelized Onions, Mushrooms and Gruyere Cheese Tartlet, Mini Burger Kabobs with Green Leaf Lettuce, Cherry Tomato, Cheese, Dill Pickle Chips & 1000 Island Dressing; Coconut and Beer Battered Shrimp.
Plated Meal: Baby Spinach Salad with Goat Cheese, Roasted Peanuts, Roma Tomatoes, and sliced Red Onions; Stuff Portobello Mushrooms with Olive Oil, Quinoa, Garlic, Onion, Zucchini, Pine Nuts and Mushroom Gravy; Braised Baseball Cut Sirloin Steak with Black Peppercorn Demi-Glace; Chicken Piccata with Sherry, Fresh Lemon, Capers and Garlic; Roasted Brussel Sprouts with Capers, Lemon Juice, and Butter; Rosemary Baby Potatoes with Garlic and Cracked Pepper.
