There is no shortage of wedding venues in Downtown Los Angeles. Knowing where to find them allows us to offer our couples a multitude of choices that meet their styles and personalities. The AT&T South Park Center rooftop fit the bill for Clarissa and Drew. Their vision for their wedding and reception were to have a modern city vibe with a menu that would please Clarissa’s Korean family, and Drew’s American Family. Sweeping city views are a feature of this very chic property. The weather couldn’t have been better, as you could see for miles. From a design standpoint, the couple wanted a modern, sleek, and chic design using pale colors of blush, ivory, champagne and gold. The glass top sweetheart table and clear chairs allowed the venue and the view to stand out. This was truly a sophisticated and glamorous affair!

No detail was left to chance and that included the menu. It was important to our couple that it was visually inviting, incredibly delicious, and diverse. Event Producer Veronica Medrano embraced Clarissa’s Korean culture, and Drew’s American culture. It was an elegant and inspired menu that was presented in an elegant buffet.
For cocktail hour guest enjoyed tray passed dishes including: Roasted Creamy Tomato Soup Shooters with Mini Grilled Cheese Sandwiches; Vegetable Spring Rolls with mild Spiced Orange Chili Glaze; and Korean BBQ Beef Short Ribs (Kalbi) Tacos marinated with Green Onion, Garlic, Sugar, Sesame Oil and Soy Sauce.
Dinner Included: Arugula and Bibb Lettuce Salad with sliced Red Anjou Pears, Pancetta, and Candied Pecans, drizzled with Meyer Lemon Vinaigrette; Grilled Fresh Salmon with Lemon Dill Caper Sauce; Vegan Portobello Stuffed Mushrooms; Potatoes Au Gratin; Whole Green Beans with Shallots, Roasted Red Pepper, and Almond Butter.
Food stations were gave the buffet a very formal touch. They were a Blackened Prime Rib Carving Station with Au Jus, Creamy Horseradish, and a Black Peppercorn Sauce. Our signature Sushi Station included California Rolls, Spicy Tuna, Cucumber and Avocado Rolls and Salmon Rolls; and accented with a Cucumber Seaweed Salad.
